The AR NetPartners™ care management team is a multidisciplinary group of registered nurses, physicians, social workers, specialized healthcare professionals, data analysts and a clinical pharmacist. Our team brings decades of experience from the patient, provider and payer perspective.
Data Driven Decisions
Our care team utilizes risk-stratification and data analytics to identify high and rising risk patients in your employee population, then proactively works to connect with the patients and their providers, and use motivational interviewing training to identify goals and the necessary steps to achieve them. This results in fewer unplanned and avoidable hospital admissions, reduced claims and healthier, more productive employees.
Working with Providers
Our care team also works as an extension of our providers to manage care gaps and monitor patient performance. We help doctors spend time with patients, not paperwork and provide them with resources and medication recommendations to help lower cost and increase efficiency.
AR NetPartners utilizes Innovaccer, a Best in Klas™ population health analytics platform to analyze claims and clinical data to risk-stratify patients and identify “hot spots” for quality, cost and utilization improvement. This data informs decisions and empowers care teams, patients and providers to make proactive care coordination decisions that lower costs. We identify gaps in care, readmission risks, high utilizer cohorts, medical and pharmacy cost trends for a longitudinal view of patients’ care across the continuum. This translates into actionable insight for our care team and valuable information for patient providers.

Our Providers
AR NetPartners is first and foremost a physician-led initiative, composed of and led by the best doctors in Arkansas. Instead of competing for fee-for-service, our physicians collaborate for fee-for-value. Our members have access to over 4,300 in-network providers across Arkansas, and with the strength of Arkansas Children’s Care Network (ACCN), employees will know they have access to the best primary and specialty providers for themselves and their children. Our network extends to 31 acute care facilities, including three of four Magnet-designated hospitals in the state, and 25 skilled nursing facilities.
